Learning Outcomes of the Curricular Unit:
The student should master the research and production techniques with a view to the proper implementation of the scientific work and structuring skills develop theoretical and practical nature in order to know and apply discursive structures usable in your training area. To provide the students the specific skills to be undertaken under this curricular unit, there is a direct correspondence between the contents of each chapter dictated and the specific skills to develop.
Syllabus:
II – Methodology of scientific work 1. the scientific text 1.1. Databases 1.2. Steps of a scientific work 1.3. information gathering 1.4. standards for the establishment of a bibliographic reference 1.5. work plan and organisation of the information collected 1.6. Writing (language, quotations, footnotes)

The contents focus on effective acquisition and use of medical terminology as well as in the methodology of scientific work with a view to text production
Teaching Methodologies (Including Evaluation):
Will develop different activities of reading, writing, comprehension and discursive production inherent to the development of communication competence, directed to the area of training of students. Will give priority to activities that instigate the effective participation of the students, such as individual works, and pairs in Group and the resolution of practical problems simulated taking into account the competencies to develop. Evaluation 2 individual written tests - (50% + 50%)
Demonstration of the Coherence between the Teaching Methodologies and the Learning Outcomes:
Proposed methodologies are consistent with the goals formulated for curricular unit given a run for their money in the development-oriented study and on active participation of the student in such a way that it try and acquire tools that optimize its expression in the field of scientific communication and the specific terminology of the course.
