CP1. Pregnancy: biological, food and nutritional specificities.
CP2. Breastfeeding.
CP3. Nutrition of preterm newborns.

CP6. Pre-school and school nutrishement.
CP7. Nutrishement during adolescence.
CP8. Protein-energy malnutrition in pediatric age.
CP9. Diabetes mellitus in childhood and adolescence.

CP12. Obesity in pediatric age.

Teaching Methodologies (Including Evaluation):
M1. Expository method (theoretical classes): meant to hierarchically organize the notions regarding each theme and to foster a critical spirit in clinical nutrition.
M2. Theoretical-practical classes: exposure, analysis and discussion of teaching contents and scientific articles.
M3. Demonstrative and interrogative method (practical classes): meant to consolidate the acknowledgments already acquired, through an active participation of the student in the discussion of clinical cases, in the resolution of practical exercises or in the presentation and discussion of scientific articles.
M4. The educational material is available on the e-learning platform.
M5. Participation of external guests.
Evaluation
The theoretical and theoretical-practical component (T and TP) weigh 70% and the practical component (P) weigh 30%.
In the T and TP component there are 2 written assessment tests (35% each); the evaluation of component P includes a written assessment test (20%) and a group work (10%).
Demonstration of the Coherence between the Teaching Methodologies and the Learning Outcomes:
All OA will be assessed through continuous assessment. The teaching methodology of lectures and theoretical-practical classes will allow the student to acquire the knowledge and skills towards OA 1-6. The moments of discussion of the work developed in the practical classes will allow to answer the OA7, OA8 and OA9.
