To understand the new media system ecology, which abandons the paradigm of massification and adapts to the networked media model, where the journalist loses the monopoly on information. Multimedia, interactivity, synergy and convergence. Adequacy of journalistic content to digital platforms.

Demonstration of the Syllabus Coherence with the Curricular Unit's Objectives:
To ensure proper knowledge and understanding of theoretical texts about the networked society, Digital Communication, and journalism in the digital age, the three points of the program focus on the study of theoretical concepts, and ensure the analysis of examples, as well as the application of knowledge using multimedia production and gathering tools.
