Learning Outcomes of the Curricular Unit: | |||
Through this discipline is intended that the students of this course assimilate the basic and introductory notions of what is and why there is the Labour Law, which are its major structural lines, labor legal relationship It is intended also that the student will know the general principles of civil relations, since the same part of everyday life of the individual and, therefore, necessary to any professional in the field of Management Sciences. | |||
Syllabus: | |||
1. The evolution of the working law; the labour agreement; 2. the subjects of the working relationship; the work contribution: determination and change; suspension and surcease of the working contract; 3. the collective working relationships | |||
Demonstration of the Syllabus Coherence with the Curricular Unit's Objectives: | |||
Section 1 introduces the syllabus required for understanding the importance of legislation in laboarl company, the types of labor relations concepts, as well as problems that may arise. Also makes the legal approach to global, EU and national level. Section 2 deals with the law of the employment contract. Section 3 deals with labor relations as an integral part of business management. | |||
Teaching Methodologies (Including Evaluation): | |||
Teaching methodology will include theoretical lecturing and discussion of specific cases and application of the law to the cases, debating and critical reflection. Assessment will be with one written tests. | |||
Demonstration of the Coherence between the Teaching Methodologies and the Learning Outcomes: | |||
1st unit - Theoretical exposition of contents of the performance area; Presentation and handling of Labour Code; Individual and group debate of cases illustrating different problems that may constitute judicial requests; Demonstrations; Practical exercises with the aim of demonstrating knowledge and skills in performing tasks in the application of the law; to master the main techniques and methodologies used in labour relationships; 2nd unit - Theoretical exposition of contents for each area of expert assessment; Presentation of real cases; Individual and group execution of expert assessments for each case; oral presentation of expert assessments based on the original expert assessment report in order to be able to integrate the theoretical and practical knowledge acquired; to demonstrate oral and written communication skills of expert assessment contents; to show autonomy and responsible conduct in conflict labour. 3nd unit- Theoretical exposition of contents for each area of expert assessment; Presentation of real cases (anonymous); Individual and group execution of expert assessments for each case; oral presentation of expert assessments based on the original expert assessment report in order to be able to integrate the theoretical and practical knowledge acquired; to demonstrate oral and written communication skills of expert assessment contents; to show autonomy and responsible conduct in labour subjects. | |||
