Demonstration of the Syllabus Coherence with the Curricular Unit's Objectives:
This curricular unit is intended to encourage reflection, self-training and research practice, enabling the acquisition of skills and knowledge that favor the administration of schools and their management.
Teaching Methodologies (Including Evaluation):
The curricular unit consists of a set of theoretical and practical thematic sessions.
Motivational videos will be presented according to the themes under study and spaces for reflection and debate will be used, namely, moments of theoretical exposition, moments of debate and reflective analysis that contemplate joint reflections and in small groups.
Moments for carrying out work in the classroom are also planned.

It is also intended that this training will enable in-depth knowledge of School Administration and Management, in order to provide trainees with a broad and critical view of the organization.
