Demonstration of the Syllabus Coherence with the Curricular Unit's Objectives:
The syllabus contents of this curricular unit are designed to allow the introduction of fundamental concepts about dynamizing groups / conflict management. This contact will allow you to acquire skills related to communication in a supervisory context.
Teaching Methodologies (Including Evaluation):
The curricular unit is developed in contact hours and in the student's autonomous working time, and is organized in theoretical classes. In the course unit several pedagogical methods will be combined, namely expository, demonstrative, interrogative. The general knowledge assessment regime consists of a final written test, with a weighting of 100% of the final assessment of the Course. In all items inherent to the chosen evaluation regime, the Academic Regulations of UFP apply.
Demonstration of the Coherence between the Teaching Methodologies and the Learning Outcomes:
In a first phase, the need to analyze and reflect on new concepts implies the use of expository and interrogative methods. In a second phase, the capital demonstration of examples makes it possible to acquire knowledge that is essential for the dynamization of working groups and conflict management. The exemplification of practical cases allows the consolidation of competences for analysis and reflection on situations, in a supervisory context, which require the adoption of appropriate communication techniques.
