The evaluation is distributed in 50% of individual and classroom knowledge tests in the classroom and 50% in group work with presentation and debate in the classroom with the presence of teacher and students. The topics to work in group are registered by the teacher in agreement with the programmatic content of this curricular unit. The expository method allows students to be integrated in the understanding of gerontological concepts, diagnosis of needs, definition of strategies and needs, community and support programs. The method of group work with teacher supervision allows students to analyze and debate the urgency of a diagnosis of people's needs and expectations through an approach to people, involving them in this process.
