Demonstration of the Syllabus Coherence with the Curricular Unit's Objectives:
The syllabus contents of this course are designed so that the student can understand the principles of management and administration in organizations and dynamics of nursing services. The themes are linked so that the student can develop knowledge, competences and skills on nursing care management in line with current health policies.
Teaching Methodologies (Including Evaluation):
The curricular unit is developed in contact hours and in the student's autonomous working time, it is organized in theoretical classes and theoretical-practical classes. In the Curricular Unit, several pedagogical methods will be combined, namely expository, interrogative, brainstorming and individual and group work. In continuous assessment, the student must complete a written test (90%) and participate effectively in the classroom with a weighting of 10% for attribution of the final grade of the curricular unit.
In the 2021/2022 school year, depending on the evolution of the Covid-19 pandemic and the constraints on physical presence at the ESS, the assessment may only be that of the written test.
UFP Pedagogical Regulation applies to all items.
Demonstration of the Coherence between the Teaching Methodologies and the Learning Outcomes:
Teaching methodologies will be selected according to the subjects under analysis in order to facilitate the achievement of the proposed objectives. Thus, the directive methods (expository and demonstrative) will be used for the presentation of new knowledge and ways of acting (oral, written and gestural communication), and interpersonal actions; semi-directives (interrogative) will be used to verify the effectiveness of communication and the standardization of knowledge, encouraging active and independent thinking on the part of students, in order to stimulate the active method, through the modeling of attitudes and behaviors leading to self-management of relationship between thought and action.
