Demonstration of the Syllabus Coherence with the Curricular Unit's Objectives:
Risk and uncertainty are inherent in any objectified activity of human activity, whether of an industrial nature or services
The risk framed in the context of the ISO (guidelines and risk assessment techniques) frameworkis a systematic approach to the transdisciplinary object Risk,
Both approaches offer a pragmatic and technical language of risk interpretation and correlative of the "environmental" dynamics, allowing the professional to identify the contexts and tools that allow managing, explaining and communicating them,
Teaching Methodologies (Including Evaluation):
.
Oral exposure, group work and case study.
The evaluation of knowledge will be carried out continuously (CA), through the preparation and presentation of works carried out in groups, to be carried out in class time, focusing on the topics taught; on a periodic basis (PA), through two written tests with a minimum duration of 1 hour and maximum of 1 hour and 30 minutes that will be held on a date to be combined with the students and which will focus on the topics taught up to the moment of evaluation. The final score (NF) of the curricular unit will be calculated using a weighted average between the simple arithmetic mean of CA, the simple arithmetic mean of THE: NF = (0,30)AC+(0.70)AP.
Demonstration of the Coherence between the Teaching Methodologies and the Learning Outcomes:
The teaching methodologies shall develop the capacities for framing and contextualizing risk in situations related to: quality, environment and safety, in different industrial activities and services, developed through the pillars ISO3100 Framework (clause 5) and Principles (clause 6). In this way, in order to achieve the objectives, different pedagogical moments are proposed to students, such as expository classes, practical cases, exercise resolution based on ISO 31000 and 31010 standards. In order to identify alternative approaches to risk management, test their viability and interpret the results of simulations performed.
