Learning Outcomes of the Curricular Unit:
The student must:
- Demonstrate knowledge of the development throughout the life cycle process.
- Describe motor development in a structured way referring to different phases or periods.
- Identify and analyze factors affecting the development, in order to understand the variability of the process.
- Understand the different forms of assessment of psychomotor development.
Syllabus:
History of Psychokinetics. Approach of the Ontogenesis of Kinetics: Pre-embryonic Stage; Fetal Stage; Embryonic Stage; Fetal Stage; Neo-Natal Stage. Motor Development. Development of language.Psychomotor Disorders and Disabilities.
Demonstration of the Syllabus Coherence with the Curricular Unit's Objectives:
Acquisition and integration of knowledge enabling the framework of learning about motor development and its disturbances in the area of speech therapy (assessment and intervention).
Teaching Methodologies (Including Evaluation):
T = Work with oral presentation (20%) + written test (80%)
