Knowing the concept of a healthy lifestyle
Know the multisystemic consequences of excessive caloric intake, smoking habits, sedentary lifestyle and excessive sun exposure.
Know and apply lifestyle modification strategies
To know the semiology and pathophysiology of cardiovascular, metabolic and pulmonary obstructive disease, its risk factors and the screening of these pathologies.

Promotion of healthy lifestyle
Eating habits, smoking habits, additives, physical exercise/mobility and sun exposure and their implications on health status
Lifestyle modification strategies
Screening of systemic pathologies associated with habits
