In teaching students the process of cancerization, dissemination routes, epidemiological aspects and forms of early diagnosis and control of oral cavity neoplasias, these students acquire the skills, in their post-graduate clinical practice, to be able to practice their activities as dentists in a society in which aging and risk-taking habits predominate.
Teaching Methodologies (Including Evaluation):
Theoretical and theoretical-practical components.
Pedagogical execution: exposition and debate of the relevant theoretical concepts in the classroom, the orientation of the autonomous study of the students by reference to the recommended bibliography.
There will be two evaluation moments. Approval must be 10 points. If there is a test grade lower than 7.5 points the student goes to the final exam.
Demonstration of the Coherence between the Teaching Methodologies and the Learning Outcomes:
The exposition of the subjects, together with examples of clinical cases, allow the student to integrate in a more proficient way the contents addressed, reaching the objectives proposed in the curricular unit.
