Demonstration of the Syllabus Coherence with the Curricular Unit's Objectives:
The knowledge and understanding of the theoretical aspects are evaluated through a written work, with oral presentation on the planning methodology for the organization of an open class.
The commitment, the motivation to comprehension and the capacity for practical application of the knowledge are evaluated in the theoretical classes through the analysis of the work of construction of an Elderly Support Training program.
Teaching Methodologies (Including Evaluation):
Methods: interrogative / active, expository and demonstrative
Oral presentation of programmatic content.
Active / participatory methodology, with the support of audiovisual media and articles of bibliographic relevance.
The theoretical and practical evaluation of the curricular unit is done through an individual work [written and oral (weighting 4 each)], about a case related to the organization of a Training for the Elderly, which will enable the practical application of the theoretical contents Inherent in the processes of organizing an open class presented to groups of the elderly.
The continuous evaluation of the curricular unit is made through the active participation in the classes, in particular in the presentation and discussion of works related to the Training Methodologies for the Support to the Elderly. (Weighting 2).
The student must obtain a minimum of 10 marks for their approval.
Demonstration of the Coherence between the Teaching Methodologies and the Learning Outcomes:
The knowledge and understanding of the contents on Training Methodologies for the Elderly Support will be developed through the exposition and analysis of the theoretical contents. The individual work (written and oral) will allow to train the methodology of organization of an open class as a training strategy presented to groups of the elderly.
