Learning Outcomes of the Curricular Unit:
The student should be able to integrate and relate the concepts learned and apply them to his intervention in mother health, taking into account the different concepts. Deepen through theoretical and practical the acquired knowledge. Should also recognize, select and integrate the concepts learned in the clinic, in mother health and research practice, in a self-directed and autonomous way.

Demonstration of the Syllabus Coherence with the Curricular Unit's Objectives:
Integrating concepts of motion analysis of the mother and the baby, including parameters and disciplines of human development, through issues related to the treatment or relief of symptoms, enables the student to manage complex issues, from a clinical perspective improving technical and scientific autonomy.
Teaching Methodologies (Including Evaluation):
Includes expository and / or discussion format classes with the presentation of case studies along with the practice specific techniques for evaluation and treatment in physiotherapy.
The evaluation will be continuous through the written and practical mini-tests.

The expository and / or discussion format classes with the presentation of case studies along with the practice specific techniques for evaluation and treatment in maternal and pediatrics physiotherapy provides the students with specific knowledge essential to this practice, contributing to their increased clinical and scientific autonomy
