Demonstration of the Syllabus Coherence with the Curricular Unit's Objectives:
The syllabus contents of this curricular unit reflect an approach located in the context of ergonomics in the work context, focusing on the design of the workspace, anthropometry; postures, cargo handling, musculoskeletal injuries, work rhythms, environmental factors and ergonomic risk analysis.
It is noted that the syllabus contents are in accordance with the objectives of the curricular unit, allowing the Labor Nurse to develop differentiated and integrated knowledge, with a view to the acquisition of knowledge inherent to the design of ergonomic jobs, good postural practices, reduction the effects of monotonous, cadenced work on workers' health, as well as the choice of work equipment, appropriate work and production methods, and the implementation of programs, ensuring a commitment to health, safety and well-being of the worker.
Teaching Methodologies (Including Evaluation):
Attendance is mandatory for the curricular units of theoretical teaching, theoretical and practical in at least 50% of the course load, to have access to continuous assessment, in accordance with the UFP Regulation. In this Curricular Unit, they will prepare a practical work based on the EWA method, on the evaluation of a job, having to present and discuss it in the last class, with a weighting of 100%.
Demonstration of the Coherence between the Teaching Methodologies and the Learning Outcomes:
Teaching methodologies are guided in coherence and articulation with the defined learning objectives. Taken together, they constitute an essentially interactive strategy centered on the student, with a focus on work that encourages reflection and values processes of a cognitive and interpersonal nature, properly oriented and framed in the theoretical, theoretical / practical and laboratory practices of the curricular unit. With the implementation of the considered methodologies, it is assumed that the trainee is actively involved in its evolution and outlines efforts in the search for updated information, which supports the work to be carried out and fosters the intended learning results.
