| Teaching Methodologies (Including Evaluation): | |||
| The evaluation system consists of two written tests for the evaluation of theoretical knowledge (50% + 50%). | |||
| Demonstration of the Coherence between the Teaching Methodologies and the Learning Outcomes: | |||
| The proposed methodologies are consistent with the objectives set for the course given that they support the development of targeted investigation in order to apply knowledge and show capacity of understanding conflict, constructive conflict management, negotiation and mediation in organizations and work domain. On the other hand, we seek that the student can select the distinct techniques of constructive conflict management in different contexts, showing the he/she is able to apply the theoretical knowledge to practical cases. We seek to establish a parallelism between theory and practice applied to real problems, thereby helping to develop the student's ability to have critic attitude and a self-critic perspective. | |||
