Fundamental concepts, models and tools are presented, ir order to support managerial strategic decisions.
Teaching Methodologies (Including Evaluation):
Expositive and practical methodologies, using case studies and assignments.Continous evaluation.
Demonstration of the Coherence between the Teaching Methodologies and the Learning Outcomes:
The most important is to make sure that the students are able to put into practice the knowledge, transfering them to a organizational environment, which is consistent with the practical methodology used.
