Learning Outcomes of the Curricular Unit:
The discipline, opts for a pedagogical format case study.
It invites students to develop original research perspectives on the themes of Quality and Information.
For its operationalization, students should make efforts to; apply knowledge, the ability to understand and resolve in the strategic and tactical plan.
Given the underlying context, students will be asked to deal with problems in new and unfamiliar situations, so they should show the ability to integrate knowledge, deal with complex issues, develop solutions or issue judgments in situations of limited or incomplete information, including reflections on the implications and ethical and social responsibilities that result or condition these solutions and these judgments.
In the context of exploiting the case study, students should communicate their knowledge and reasoning to them clearly and unambiguously – to experts, not experts.

At first (technical – theoretical approach) the discipline, using ISO standards related to Qual. Mang. Systems and Documentation Mang. Systems reveals the theoretical and technical framework of the respective referential.
Secondly (of a practical nature), students are asked to reflect and resolve a case study where they will apply and systematize the knowledge they have acquired on the requirements of quality and documentation management systems.
Teaching Methodologies (Including Evaluation):
1. Lectures, to present theoretical frameworks of reference.
2. Participatory classes, with discussion of programmatic topics and examples.
3. Active classes, resolving ine case study.
Individual work: 70%
Portfolio of work developed in class: 20%
Class participation: 10%
Demonstration of the Coherence between the Teaching Methodologies and the Learning Outcomes:
The theoretical-practical presentations in charge of the teacher promote the acquisition of knowledge and comprehension capacity. Participatory classes, done in groups or individually, promote communication and application of knowledge and understanding. The case study, promote the realization of judgment / decision-making and the communication and application of knowledge and its understanding.
