Learning Outcomes of the Curricular Unit:
Understand the principles of therapeutic intervention on maternal and child health, particularly in pré-natal period. Analyze posture and movement disorders. Evaluate, select different methods and techniques adapted appropriately to each woman, know the indications and contra-indications, as well as integrate the knowledge formulating an appropriate clinical reasoning, using the concepts learned.

The integration of concepts of woman health allows a better integration of theoretical and clinical practice, and enabling the student to cope with increasingly demanding and complex issues, both clinically and professionally, making him increasingly autonomous from a technical and scientific stand point.
